Return & Exchange
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return for defective product
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
In the event that you have received a wrongly ordered item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number (usually start with #50xx) input as the title field.
Please kindly note that we are only able to process exchange requests within 48 hours after receiving your request so we can resolve any issues efficiently.
Each and every one of our item are handmade. By it's nature, each product will be slightly different. The item you received wont be necessarily be a picture of the product you received insofar as the product will have slightly different textures, differ slightly in shape / size, color lining and different marking.
If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we will offer a replacement item with the same value product or a voucher that you may use toward your next purchase. Refunds are not available.
Please kindly note that we are only able to process refund within 48 hours after receiving approval of refund.
