This policy is applicable only to those products which do not fall under the list of non-refundable items provided on our Site.

Wrong order item / defective item
In the event that you have received a wrongly ordered item, please email us at aishawongaccessories@gmail.com with an image of the area-of-concern and relevant order number input as the title field.

In the event that the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we have the right to offer a replacement item with same value product or replace a voucher which you may use it for your next purchase. Refund of cash is not available.

Please kindly note that we are only able to process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

Each and every one of our item are handmade. By it's nature, each product will be slightly different. The item you received wont be necessarily be a picture of the product you received insofar as the product will have slightly different textures, differ slightly in shape / size, color lining and different marking. 

Non-returnable items
Earring are not applicable exchange due to hygiene purpose and any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on sale items. If you have received item with no defect and wish to exchange / refund, we will not entertain you as we believe our price is fairly with the quality we provide.
