How do I place order in your website?

Do I need to sign up account to place my order?

No, you can also check out as guest but if you register as member, you will enjoy quicker checkouts and use your order history to track your purchases and earn point when you shop with us.

Do I get tracking number after ordering?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number once we have processed your order. If you did not receive it in your inbox, please check the spam box (sometimes it is there). You can also opt to receive texts and messenger updates when you check out

Can I get same day delivery?

Yes, provided the product is ready stocks. Please contact us at +60193026225 to arrange for same day delivery via Grab / Lalamove / Pickupp (within 4 hours). Delivery rate may varies depending on the location.

Can I cancel my order that has been placed?

Yes - If you choose manual bank transfer payment. If we did not received your payment within 24 hours. We will cancel it.

No - If you choose other payment method. So please make sure check your order details during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.

Do you provide invoice in packing list? 

No, we don't provide invoice in the packing list. You can log in to your account and view the invoice in your order history.

Do you make customs order?

Yes, we do have custom jewelry box. View it here

Can I include wishes noted for my order? 

Yes, you can. Please type your message at Special Instruction to Seller before checking out. Just in case you forgotten to write before check out, please contact us personally via email or our chat and provide your order number for our reference.

Can I order through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp?

No, we cannot process order and payment via Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

How do I use discount code / voucher code?

Our discount/ voucher code can be applied to orders once you are at the payment stage of your order. The code should be entered in the discount code panel and once you press apply it should take the discount amount off the order total. Please note this does not apply to postage costs. Only one discount code can be issued per order.

WHICH COUNTRY DO YOU SHIP TO?

At current moment we only ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand & Philippine

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATE?

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders RM100 for Malaysian.

WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USED?

We're currently Poslaju Sendparcel for Malaysia. To other country we will choose from Poslaju, EMS, Janio, Aramex & ETC. Customs Duties, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in shipping rates. Rate given above is based weight of 500gm and below.

WHY I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND CANNOT TRACK IT?

You will received an email from sendparcel when we processed your order. Please allow at least 1 working days after your order being processed for the tracking information to appear online.

DO YOU SHIPPED EVERYDAY?

We ship on daily basis except Saturday, Sunday & Malaysia Public Holidays. Our cut-off time for same delivery is 10pm.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed.

EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND

Item in the wrong order / faulty item
If you have received an improperly ordered object, please email us at aishawongaccessories@gmail.com with a picture of the area of concern and the entry of the required order number as the title field.

If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we have the right to provide a replacement or replace a voucher that you may use for your next purchase with a substitute item of the same value product. Cash is not eligible for repayment.

Please notice that we can only process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can effectively address any problems.

Each and every one of our items is handcrafted. Each product has slightly different materials by its very nature, slightly different shape/size, color lining and distinct markings. The item you got will not necessarily be an image of the item you received.

Things that are non-returnable
Due to hygiene purposes, any custom items and earrings are not applicable for exchange (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not allow returns on products for sale. We will not entertain you if you have purchased an item with no defect and want to exchange / refund, as we agree that our price is reasonably of the standard we offer.
