Shipping Information
Poslaju will deliver your parcel and you will receive your tracking number via email.
If your order value is less than RM120 for West Malaysia or RM150 for East Malaysia, you will need to pay for your own delivery. However, we do offer free shipping for purchases that exceed the threshold.
Once the status indicates that it has been delivered to Pusat Pos Laju (your location), please proceed to collect your package from the designated location or you can contact them for arranging second delivery.
If you have received a wrong order, please contact us at +6019 302 6225. We will assist you from there.
Orders and Returns
We provide tracking number via email and if you could find your tracking number, please check your spam box, updates or promotions. Usually it will be there.
We usually process your order within 24 hours after you made payment and delivery will takes 1-5 working days depending on your location. We advice you to follow up with the courier company yourself.

We're sorry if you're not satisfied with our product. We can offer you a voucher refund instead of cash refund and you will need to returned the item you disliked.

We offer custom orders upon request. Please chat with us to create a custom order. However, availability of materials and products may limit customization options.
You are welcome to exchange the item either by visiting our location in Bukit Jalil or by sending it back to us. Please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility.
