Do I need to sign up account to place my order?

No, you can also check out as guest but if you register as member, you will enjoy quicker checkouts and use your order history to track your purchases and earn point when you shop with us.

Do I get tracking number after ordering?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number once we have processed your order. If you did not receive it in your inbox, please check the spam box (sometimes it is there). You can also opt to receive texts and messenger updates when you check out



Can I get same day delivery?

Yes, provided the product is ready stocks. Please contact us at +60193026225 to arrange for same day delivery via Grab / Lalamove / Pickupp (within 4 hours). Delivery rate may varies depending on the location.

Can I cancel my order that has been placed?

Yes - If you choose manual bank transfer payment. If we did not received your payment within 24 hours. We will cancel it.

No - If you choose other payment method. So please make sure check your order details during check-out and before making a payment to complete your order.

Do you provide invoice in packing list? 

No, we don't provide invoice in the packing list. You can log in to your account and view the invoice in your order history.

Can I include wishes noted for my order? 

Yes, you can. Please type your message at Special Instruction to Seller before checking out. Just in case you forgotten to write before check out, please contact us personally via email or our chat and provide your order number for our reference.

Can I order through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp?

No, we cannot process order and payment via Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

How do I use discount code / voucher code?

Our discount/ voucher code can be applied to orders once you are at the payment stage of your order. The code should be entered in the discount code panel and once you press apply it should take the discount amount off the order total. Please note this does not apply to postage costs. Only one discount code can be issued per order.
