WHICH COUNTRY DO YOU SHIP TO?
At current moment we only ship to Malaysia & Singapore.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATE?
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within West and East Malaysia with purchases RM100 and above.
WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USED?
We're currently Poslaju Sendparcel.
WHY I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND CANNOT TRACK IT?
You will received an email from sendparcel when we processed your order. Please allow at least 1 working days after your order being processed for the tracking information to appear online.
DO YOU SHIPPED EVERYDAY?
We ship every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm +8.00 gmt, with the exception of Malaysia Public holidays.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed. Or you may simply log in to your account to find the parcel tracking details.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL.

I HAVE ENTERED A WRONG DETAILS, HOW TO EXCHANGE IT?

EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND
This policy extends only to goods which are not included in the list of non-refundable products listed on our website.
Item in the wrong order / faulty item
If you have received an improperly ordered object, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the area of concern and the entry of the required order number as the title field.
If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, we have the right to provide a replacement or replace a voucher that you may use for your next purchase with a substitute item of the same value product. Cash is not eligible for repayment.
Please notice that we can only process such exchange requests within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can effectively address any problems.
Each and every one of our items is handcrafted. Each product has slightly different materials by its very nature, slightly different shape/size, color lining and distinct markings. The item you got will not necessarily be an image of the item you received.
Things that are non-returnable
Due to hygiene purposes, any custom items and earrings are not applicable for exchange (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not allow returns on products for sale. We will not entertain you if you have purchased an item with no defect and want to exchange / refund, as we agree that our price is reasonably of the standard we offer.
