At current moment we only ship to Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATE?

All shipping charges will be calculated automatically at the Checkout based on your total order amount and your shipping address. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within West Malaysia RM60 and East Malaysia RM100 and above.

We're currently Poslaju Sendparcel for Malaysia. To Singapore & Indonesia please refer table above. Rate given above is based weight of 500gm and below.

WHY I RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER AND CANNOT TRACK IT?

You will received an email from sendparcel when we processed your order. Please allow at least 1 working days after your order being processed for the tracking information to appear online.

DO YOU SHIPPED EVERYDAY?

We ship on daily basis except Saturday, Sunday & Malaysia Public Holidays. Our cut-off time for same delivery is 10pm.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an email into your inbox with the tracking number and tracking URL after your order has been confirmed and processed.
